In February 2025, she made a statement in Parliament on sanitation, homelessness and slum proliferation, linking the issue to public health, youth employment and tourism. The Ahanta Heritage Month, launched in July 2026, has expanded the conversation into history, tourism and development. Organised under Bissue's auspices, the celebration was held on the theme, “The Untold Slave History of Ahanta,” with discussions focusing on reparatory justice, healing, unity and cultural renaissance. The initiative received endorsement from the Kingmakers of Ahantaman.
Bissue's representation agenda combines constituency concerns with issues capable of attracting wider policy attention. Her office records a 12-stop listening tour intended to gather concerns from residents on roads, healthcare, fisheries and youth employment. This approach to constituency representation links cultural identity to tourism, education and economic development.
Bissue's election as the first woman MP for Ahanta West has significant implications for the constituency. She secured 28,227 votes in the 2024 election, becoming a symbol of gender representation. Her public activities can be viewed through three interconnected areas: development, identity and visibility.
