The Security Officer (Fraud and Investigation) will investigate internal and external fraud cases, gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and preparing investigation reports. The successful candidate will liaise with police, criminal investigation departments (CID), prosecutors, and other security stakeholders to support criminal investigations and prosecutions. Additionally, the role involves conducting surveillance, intelligence gathering, and background checks relating to fraud, theft, and misconduct cases. The Security Officer (Fraud and Investigation) will identify fraud trends, emerging threats, and control weaknesses, and recommend preventive measures and policy improvements.

Experience working with telecommunications, asset financing, digital investigations, or financial services is an added advantage. The successful candidate will also partner with Risk, Sales, Collections, and Operations teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
