This agenda, tagged "The Mulade Sheriff Development Compact," was presented to the public through a press briefing in Warri.
The first pillar of Mulade's agenda is purpose-driven representation, which involves regular consultation with the people. He stressed that a lawmaker cannot effectively represent the people without engaging with them. Mulade also identified unity-driven representation as the second pillar, describing Warri Federal Constituency as a multi-ethnic constituency that requires all stakeholders to be carried along in the political and developmental process.
The third pillar of Mulade's agenda is people-oriented representation, which focuses on addressing the genuine needs of communities and delivering lasting benefits. He called for regular engagement with communities to identify their priority needs instead of imposing projects without adequate consultation. Mulade's fifth pillar is economic empowerment and sustainable development, particularly for women and youths. He plans to engage ministries, government agencies, and multinational companies to attract employment and economic opportunities to the constituency. An employment desk will be established in his office to communicate and distribute available opportunities across various ethnic groups.
The sixth pillar of Mulade's agenda is employment opportunities, leveraging his previous experiences in community leadership to engage businesses and institutions. He facilitated employment opportunities for residents during his tenure as youth president and community chairman and plans to deploy his relationships and influence to attract more employment opportunities to Warri Federal Constituency if elected.
Mulade's seventh and final pillar is accessibility, reliability, and dependability. He promised to remain accessible to constituents and intervene in matters within his capacity. Mulade emphasized that his word is his integrity and bond, and his performance should be assessed through his actions and willingness to honour his commitments.
