The additional trains will cater to the surge in travel demand during specific dates. Train number 1941/1942, a third-class dynamically ventilated train, will operate on the Hammam-Cairo line on Sunday, October 11, 2026. It will depart from Hammam station at 16:45 and arrive at Cairo station at 20:55. Another train, number 1943/1944, also third-class dynamically ventilated, will run on the Cairo-Hammam line on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

More trains have been scheduled to meet passenger needs. Train number 1945/1946, a third-class dynamically ventilated train, will depart from Cairo station on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 05:50 am and arrive at Hammam station at 10:15 am. On the same day, train number 1948 will run from Alexandria to Cairo, departing at 16:50 and arriving at 19:35. Furthermore, train number 1950 will also travel from Alexandria to Cairo, leaving at 18:05 and arriving at 20:55.

The Egyptian National Railway Authority operates various trains with different service levels, including Talgo, VIP, French-developed, Spanish-developed, third-class air-conditioned, dynamic ventilation, and Tahya Misr trains.
