The party or coalition must notify the House's president in writing of the name of the representative of its parliamentary body and the names of its members.
The General Committee of the House of Representatives will be reconstituted at the beginning of the sessions, following the re-election of the office bearers of the specialized committees and the receipt of notifications from political parties regarding their parliamentary bodies. The General Committee will comprise the Speaker of the House, the two deputies, the heads of the specialized committees, representatives of the parliamentary bodies of political parties with 10 or more seats, and five members chosen by the House's office.
