During the meeting, the board reviewed the current status of the alliance's projects, including the outcomes of the third phase of the "One Hand" campaign. They also approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2025/2026, along with the report of the external auditor. Furthermore, the board discussed the comprehensive annual report on the alliance's performance and that of its institutions.
The meeting also covered the alliance's expansion plans, with the board approving the establishment of four new branches in the governorates of Luxor, Qalyubia, Sohag, and Port Said. This brings the total number of branches approved under the expansion plan to seven, enhancing the alliance's presence and supporting coordination at the local level.
In addition to the expansion plans, the board discussed the process of filling vacant seats on the board of trustees through a supplementary election. They also approved the procedures for the upcoming general assembly meeting. These steps are part of the alliance's efforts to enhance its organizational structure and ensure effective governance.
The alliance aims to launch a new program for its partners, allowing for optional registration to broaden its base on the local, regional, and central levels.
