To support the "Professional 2030" project, the Labor Ministry signed a cooperation protocol with the Training and Qualification Financing Fund. The protocol aims to finance training programs, develop vocational training, and increase youth employability, aligning training outputs with labor market needs.
The second phase of the "Professional 2030" project will see an expansion of training and qualification programs in coordination with government agencies, the private sector, and business owners. This expansion aims to provide skilled labor that meets market needs and create decent job opportunities for young people.
Minister Raddad stated that the ministry aims to transition from a "train what can be employed" approach to "train what can be hired," continuing to qualify and develop workers' skills for local and international job market competitiveness. The health assistant profession tests are part of a cooperation protocol between the Labor Ministry, Health Ministry, and the Egyptian Health Council.
The tests were conducted over six stages at 34 centers across 17 governorates, applying uniform evaluation standards. The Labor Ministry made the test results available online for the first time, allowing trainees to easily access their results through a designated link.
