Egyptian Housing Minister Randa El-Manshawy recently conducted a review of ongoing housing projects in New El-Shorouk and New Mansoura cities. During her visit to New El-Shorouk, El-Manshawy was briefed on the findings of a recent tour by Mohamed Zakaria, head of the New El-Shorouk City Development Authority. Zakaria inspected nine residential buildings and reviewed internal finishing work on several units. The minister stressed the importance of expediting work, addressing any issues promptly, and maintaining high-quality standards. She also urged officials to ensure that all work meets approved technical specifications.

In New Mansoura City, El-Manshawy reviewed the progress of housing projects in the second phase of the city's development. The "Housing for Egypt" project in the sixth district comprises 44 buildings, while the "Jannah" project includes 224 buildings. El-Manshawy was informed about the current state of construction, including the completion rates and progress on infrastructure work such as water and sewage networks, roads, and electricity.

The minister was accompanied by officials from the New Mansoura City Development Authority, who provided her with an update on the project's progress. They discussed the status of infrastructure work, including the installation of water and sewage networks, as well as the construction of roads and provision of essential services. El-Manshawy emphasized the need for continued monitoring and evaluation to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
