The Governor instructed his deputy and the general secretary of the governorate to form a working committee, including directors of directorates and heads of centers and cities, to coordinate with members of the Ministry of Finance delegation. The committee will prepare for public hearings and meetings at various levels with state agencies and citizens to identify their needs, challenges, and proposals for development.
The Governor directed that preliminary workshops be held between Ministry officials, the governorate, and concerned cities and directorates to coordinate efforts and distribute roles. He emphasized that priority should be given to projects that aim to improve the living standards of citizens and develop work in the governorate's cities, villages, and departments.
