The program's goal is to equip participants with the skills and competencies required for leadership roles, enabling them to contribute effectively to the development of their organizations.
The Egyptian Cabinet has also approved several other decisions, including the inclusion of a number of martyrs and injured personnel from the armed forces and civil employees in the fund for honoring martyrs and victims of the war.
