The South Korean Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy and the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy signed two memoranda of understanding. One focuses on cooperation in clean energy, while the other aims to establish a partnership in electricity infrastructure. These agreements highlight the importance of sustainable development and renewable energy in the bilateral relationship.

The Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the South Korean Ministry of Science and Technology Information and Communications signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in the field of information and communications technology. Additionally, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a digital platform for risk-based inspection and tracking to facilitate trade.

The two countries also signed agreements in the fields of education, culture, and social security. The Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the South Korean Ministry of Education signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in higher education. The Egyptian Ministry of Culture and the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism signed a memorandum of understanding to designate 2027 as a year of cultural exchange.

The agreements signed between Egypt and South Korea reflect the strong bilateral relations between the two countries.
