The prices of white poultry have reached 85-90 EGP per kilogram, varying by region. The poultry sector provides direct and indirect job opportunities for around 3.5 million citizens. The production of white chickens has increased to 1.6 billion birds, up from 1.4 billion birds last year, representing a 14% growth. This growth is a testament to the sector's efforts to meet the country's demands.

The prices of Rumi poultry have ranged from 150 to 160 EGP per kilogram in the local market. The production of table eggs has reached 16 billion eggs, up from 14 billion eggs last year. The production of local chickens has reached 360 million birds, representing a 12% increase. These numbers demonstrate the sector's ability to produce high-quality products.

The prices of ducks have started at 130-140 EGP per kilogram. The Ministry of Agriculture is working to accelerate the process of opening new markets to absorb the surplus local production, given the surge in the poultry sector. This move aims to support local producers and increase their competitiveness in the global market.

The prices of Munir El-Saka poultry have increased by around 2 EGP, reaching 72 EGP for white poultry. The prices of Saso poultry have reached 105 EGP. The sector has seen significant investments, exceeding 200 billion EGP. This investment has contributed to the sector's growth and development.
