The program provides awareness, guidance, and empowerment services to families of persons with disabilities. It also offers medical support, educational services, and economic empowerment programs. The initiative has received over 6,000 complaints and service requests, with 4,500 of them being resolved.
The event featured several lectures and workshops, including one on parental trends and their impact on a child's future, presented by Dr. Sherifa Masoud, a national expert at the National Council for Persons with Disabilities. Another workshop focused on water conservation, presented by the Beheira Water and Sewerage Company. The initiative also included a session for persons with disabilities and their families to discuss challenges and find solutions.
The initiative provided various recreational and interactive activities for children, including music, drawing, and face painting. It also featured a performance by the "Qadirun bi-Khtilaf" (We Are Capable Despite Our Differences) group and a musical performance by artist Hend Anwar. A medical team was also present to provide health services and distribute wheelchairs to those in need.

She also mentioned that the council has received over 6,000 complaints and service requests, with 4,500 of them being resolved. The initiative has also provided economic empowerment programs to 1,100 persons with disabilities and their families.
