Additionally, the prices of other fuel products have been fixed as follows: The price of a butane gas cylinder is EGP 275, and the price of kerosene is EGP 20.5 per liter. These prices are in effect and are being sold at fuel stations across the country.

Globally, the prices of crude oil have been fluctuating. As per the latest updates from the Ministry of Petroleum, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, the price of Brent crude oil was recorded at USD 101.08 per barrel. Similarly, the price of West Texas crude oil was USD 90.08 per barrel, while the price of OPEC crude oil on July 10, 2026, was USD 108.59 per barrel.
