The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) facility in Ebonyi state is expected to create approximately 2,000 jobs upon completion. Contracts have been awarded for the construction of 27 of the proposed 86 buildings, including administrative blocks, students' hostels, and lecture theatres.
