He urged the management to maintain strict adherence to the requirements of regulatory institutions, including the National Petroleum Authority, Ghana National Fire Service, and Environmental Protection Agency. The facility must be properly maintained, fire safety measures kept functional, and staff given appropriate training in emergency response and the safe handling of petroleum products.

He said the Akatsi South Municipal Assembly looks forward to meaningful corporate social responsibility initiatives from the company to contribute to the welfare and development of communities within which it operates. The Assembly remains committed to creating an enabling environment for responsible private-sector investment.

The MCE assured the people of Tatorme and surrounding communities that the Assembly would continue to work with relevant agencies to ensure that commercial activities within the Municipality are conducted in a manner that protects public safety, the environment, and the general interest of communities. Some management representatives of Earth Energy Limited, traditional authorities, business partners, security agencies, and other stakeholders attended the ceremony.
