To qualify for the position, applicants should have a Full Grade Twelve Certificate, and a Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field will be an added advantage. Relevant experience in counter sales, customer service, storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred. Fluency in English and Bemba is required, and basic knowledge of customer service, invoicing, POS systems, and accounts is desirable.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as good sales, marketing, and product recommendation skills. Basic technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation products is necessary, along with good organizational, numerical, and time management skills.
