The Democratic Republic of Congo's Court of Cassation has convicted Constant Mutamba, the former Minister of State for Justice, and Chançard Bolukola Osony, the former interim coordinator of the Fund for Reparations and Compensation for Victims of Illegal Activities in Uganda in the DRC (FRIVAO). They were sentenced to 10 years and 7 years of forced labor, respectively, for misusing public funds allocated for victim compensation.
