Share First Digital Marketing Agency (FDMA), a Lagos-based digital marketing and business growth firm, has opened a new office in Anthony Village, Lagos, as part of its transition from a remote-first model to a hybrid operating structure. The new office, located at Kristina Jade Center, 70B Olorunlogbon Street, is designed to support the agency's expansion plans. This move is part of a broader reorganisation that has divided the agency's core services into specialist units with dedicated leadership.
The restructuring aims to strengthen client delivery, improve accountability, and create clearer ownership across digital growth, brand and public relations, creative production, technology, business development, and operations. FDMA, founded in 2023, has worked with businesses across four countries and various sectors, including healthcare, real estate, and financial services. The agency offers a range of services, including digital marketing, business strategy, growth consulting, and web and software development.
According to founder and CEO Grace Peter, the physical office represents a shift in organisational capacity rather than just a change of address. The new structure comprises five principal units: Digital Growth, Brand, Communications and PR, Creative and Content, Business Development and Commercial Growth, and Operations. This setup allows for more direct and commercially focused client engagement.
The agency's engagements are structured around its GROW Framework, which consists of four stages: discovery and audit, strategy design, execution and launch, and optimisation and scaling. Most engagements run between six and 12 months, while entry-level packages are available to smaller businesses. Client feedback has shown significant improvements, including a 340% increase in organic traffic and a threefold increase in qualified leads for one client.
Business manager Stephen Aliu Abdulmumeen said the restructuring was driven by the need to make client engagement more direct and commercially focused. The new office gives clients and partners access to the team and allows for more structured onboarding, production, and reporting. The agency will deepen its focus on small and medium-sized businesses in Lagos, many of which continue to invest in marketing without a clear understanding of commercial returns.
Beyond client services, FDMA operates practitioner-led certification programmes covering digital marketing fundamentals, advanced SEO, and content strategy. The programmes are designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams, with each cohort limited to 15 participants. The agency's first strategy session at the new office focused on client outcomes, operating systems, accountability, and expansion into new markets.
The restructuring comes as Nigerian businesses, particularly SMEs, increasingly shift marketing activity towards digital channels while demanding clearer links between marketing expenditure and commercial results. FDMA's transition signals an attempt to evolve from a digital marketing provider into a broader business growth partner, with specialist capabilities and a more structured delivery model at the centre of its next phase.
