The Health Sector Trade Union Alliance (ISS) in the Democratic Republic of Congo has called upon the government to address the concerns of staff and managers in the health sector. The ultimatum is addressed to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister in charge of the Civil Service, and the heads of the inter-ministerial committees for the health sector.
