This procedure was completed at The Clinic Group's Manzini Clinic, and the patient was discharged home in good condition. The second case involved a patient requiring surgery for a brain tumour. The medical team faced the challenge of determining a suitable route to access the affected area while protecting surrounding structures. They opted for a supraorbital subfrontal, or keyhole transbrow approach, using a small opening above the left eyebrow to access the tumour. This approach requires detailed anatomical planning and specialist neurosurgical expertise.
