CBRE has announced the launch of its new digital platform, Atlas, which consolidates its real estate offerings from various countries into one accessible location. The platform provides a unified experience for clients seeking office, industrial, logistics, and retail spaces for sale or lease. According to Ana Tavares, this move aligns with CBRE's digitalization strategy, reflecting how clients search for and evaluate real estate opportunities.

The Atlas platform initially covers Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico, with plans to integrate more geographies in the future. This development is part of CBRE's Ibéria-Latam strategy, initiated in 2024 to support cross-border activities between these regions. The platform aims to provide investors and companies with a simpler, more integrated approach to identifying real estate opportunities across different markets.

Previously, CBRE's real estate offerings in these countries were scattered across multiple websites, each with its own navigation experience. The Atlas platform uniformizes this information, allowing clients to search across countries without switching between different digital environments. This change increases the visibility of properties for owners, making them more accessible to a broader range of potential investors and occupants.

The initial version of Atlas features a reserved area for registered users and will continue to integrate new functionalities progressively. Future plans include implementing an artificial intelligence-based search tool that enables users to identify assets through natural language searches, providing a more intuitive and personalized experience.

Carlos Casado, COO of CBRE for Ibéria and Latin America, emphasizes that Atlas represents another step in the company's digitalization strategy. By consolidating their offerings in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico, CBRE simplifies access to different markets and enhances the value proposition of the Ibéria-Latam platform.

Francisco Horta e Costa, Managing Director of CBRE Portugal, highlights the growing need for integrated information in the increasingly global real estate market. He believes that Portugal plays a significant role in international investment strategies, and this platform reinforces CBRE's ability to connect investors and companies with opportunities across different geographies.

CBRE is also working on integrating its Asian offerings into the Atlas platform, which will further expand its reach and reinforce its position as a global access point for real estate opportunities. The company continues to enhance its digital capabilities to meet the evolving needs of its clients in the real estate sector.
