Moroccan companies and professionals can now access qualified electronic signatures more easily through a partnership between Cash Plus and Damanesign. The collaboration aims to provide a convenient and secure way for businesses and professionals to obtain electronic signatures. The partnership will initially be available in 13 Cash Plus agencies across 11 cities in Morocco.

The partnership will enable users to deposit their dossiers and perform necessary identity verification operations at the designated Cash Plus agencies. After validation by Damanesign, users will be able to collect a secure USB key containing their electronic certificate from the same agency. The cities where the service will be available include Agadir, Casablanca, Dakhla, Fès, Kénitra, Laâyoune, Marrakech, Nador, Oujda, Rabat, and Tanger.

The qualified electronic signatures provided through this partnership can be used for various purposes, including customs declarations via BADR, public markets, the Rokhas platform, and GID Fournisseurs. This initiative comes as part of Morocco's increasing digitalization of administrative and professional procedures, which has led to a growing need for secure electronic transactions.

According to Nabil Amar, CEO of Cash Plus, the partnership will make it easier for businesses and professionals to access qualified electronic signatures by providing a more accessible and simpler process. Cash Plus will be responsible for welcoming customers, collecting dossiers, and certain stages of the user journey, while Damanesign will handle the issuance of electronic certificates and ensure their conformity to applicable requirements.

Zouhair Hamdaoui, CEO of Damanesign, emphasized that the development of electronic signatures depends on the ability to offer a clear and accessible process. The partnership aims to bring electronic certificates closer to businesses and professionals in several regions while maintaining verification, security, and conformity requirements.

The partnership operates within the framework of Law No. 43-20 on trust services for electronic transactions. Damanesign has been approved by the General Directorate of Information System Security (DGSSI) as a trust service provider. This cooperation between Cash Plus and Damanesign is expected to enhance the accessibility and security of electronic signatures in Morocco.

The partnership between Cash Plus and Damanesign targets businesses, public establishments, and regulated professions, including notaries, experts, lawyers, and import-export operators. By providing qualified electronic signatures, the partnership aims to facilitate various electronic transactions and support Morocco's digitalization efforts.
