He joined the bank in 2012 as deputy director general and took on the role of director general in 2017. Yacé also served as director general of the bank and finance division of the group in 2022. His successor, Benito Fado, joins NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire from Sunu Bank Togo, where he served as director general. Fado has also held various positions at Ecobank, including roles in corporate banking and investment banking.

Sékou Chérif Sanogo, who has been appointed as deputy director general, brings 19 years of experience in finance, accounting, and management control. He previously served as deputy director general of NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire, overseeing support functions, a role he took on in July 2025. Sanogo has held various leadership positions, including 14 years in management roles. His expertise is expected to contribute to the bank's growth and development.
