Clémence Tuina, a journalist at RTB, has become a prominent figure in Burkina Faso's digital landscape. With a career spanning radio, television, and online media, Tuina has consistently adapted to new technologies. Her current project, "IA au quotidien," explores the intersection of journalism and artificial intelligence. Tuina advocates for a balanced approach, where humans make key decisions and machines assist.

Tuina's journey into digital media began in 2014 when she started publishing audio content on SoundCloud. This move marked a significant shift from traditional radio broadcasting, allowing her audience to access her content at any time. Her early experiments with digital tools laid the groundwork for her future endeavors. Tuina's approach to learning has always been hands-on, experimenting with new tools and platforms to enhance her work.

In 2019, Tuina pursued formal training in communication and multimedia at the Institut Supérieur de la Communication et du Multimédia. This education deepened her understanding of digital tools and reinforced her conviction that technology transforms content production, dissemination, and consumption. Her collaboration with Deutsche Welle Akademie took her training efforts international, reaching journalists in Niger, Cameroon, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Tuina's exploration of digital media led her to podcasting, a natural extension of her radio background. Podcasts allowed her to adapt to changing audience habits, providing flexibility in content consumption. Her work in this area exemplifies her commitment to evolving with the media landscape.

In 2021, Tuina's focus turned to artificial intelligence, following a training program with RD Digital. She learned to apply AI tools in marketing, communication, and journalism, experimenting with content creation and image generation. This experience prepared her for the broader adoption of AI in the media.

By 2023, Tuina had progressed from experimenting with AI to teaching others how to use these tools effectively.
