Representatives from various state agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Ghana Armed Forces, and Ghana Police Service, were in attendance. Rev Wengam emphasized that the timing of the event is divine, given the global presence of Assemblies of God as the largest Protestant church in the world.

The Chairman of the LOC, Rev Andrews Nelson Awintia, assured that the Committee is working tirelessly to ensure the success of the event. He stated that no stone will be left unturned to make the event a historic success, and at the end of it all, Ghana will be proud. The LOC has been engaging with various stakeholders, including security services and emergency responders, to ensure a smooth and safe event.
