Sahel took the top spot, followed by Cherqiya in the commune of Maâtkas, which received 7 million dinars, and Zerouda in the commune of Tirmitine, which received 6 million dinars. A total of 10 villages were awarded prizes, with the remaining seven villages receiving between 2 and 4 million dinars.
In addition to the main competition, a super contest was held among villages that had previously won the competition. The village of Boumessaoud in the commune of Imsouhal took the top prize of 3 million dinars, followed by Tiferdoud in the commune of Abi Youcef, which received 2 million dinars, and Talbant in the commune of Zekkri, which received 1 million dinars.
The competition aims to encourage villages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
