The instruction also states that students whose parents have submitted registration requests will be assigned to one of the educational institutions of their choice, based on the number of students and the capacity of the institutions concerned. The Ministry's services will utilize the civil status portal to verify the cases registered with reservations, in coordination with the directors of educational institutions, to correct the information. The directors of educational institutions will be responsible for correcting and confirming the registered information, if necessary, by referring to the concerned person's birth certificate.
Once the information has been corrected and matched, the Ministry of National Education will lift the reservations and include the students in the lists of students in their respective institutions. After lifting the reservations and matching the information, the directors of educational institutions will register the concerned students according to the adopted regulations and direct them to their classes through their digital platform accounts.
The Ministry of National Education has called on parents to bring their concerns to the attention of the educational authorities, who will address them within their delegated powers. In cases where concerns cannot be addressed, they will be forwarded to the Ministry's services to alleviate the burden on citizens, particularly those traveling from distant provinces.
