The provincial education directorate will then forward the request, along with documents proving the individual's foreign status and the required school file, to the relevant education ministry department for approval. The Ministry's services will study the transfer request and take necessary procedures to authorize the transfer outside the Parent Space.
The director of the receiving educational institution will then insert the transfer request through their account on the digital platform, and the original institution's director must approve the request and issue a certificate of school change. The receiving institution's director will register the student and assign them to a class through their account on the sector's digital platform.
The new arrangements aim to ensure the right to education and comprehensive care for all students on national territory, particularly foreign students. The Ministry has instructed its executives to adhere to these arrangements and facilitate the transfer process for concerned students.
