The event will feature several foreign teams, including teams from Oman, Tunisia, Cameroon, Benin, Ethiopia, Mali, and Saudi Arabia.
In addition to the national teams, several foreign teams will participate in the event, including the Dutch team "Global Cycling Team", the German team "Embraze the World Team", and the Belgian team "Tartilito-Isorex". Seven local teams will also take part, including "Madar Pro Cycling Team", Mouloudia Alger, and Majd El Qarra.
The event's program includes two other competitions, the Classic of the Great Mosque of Algiers and the Classic of the Capital. The Classic of the Great Mosque of Algiers will take place on October 3, over a distance of 6.4 kilometers, with 20 laps around the Great Mosque. The Classic of the Capital will take place on October 9, over a distance of 11.2 kilometers, with 11 laps around the city of Algiers.
