The "Sentinelles de la santé" promotion comprises 492 general practitioners, 78 general pharmacists, 4 general dental surgeons, 21 specialist doctors, 10 specialist pharmacists, 542 nurses, 351 midwives and obstetricians, 173 biomedical technologists, 42 medical imaging technicians, and 175 hospital hygiene technicians. The diverse group of professionals is now set to join various health structures across the country.
During the ceremony, Commander of the Republican Guard, Jean Ouiya, and Executive Director of the National Bureau of Large Projects, praised the smooth execution of the program. They urged the new professionals to demonstrate exemplary behavior in their work and in society. The event also included the baptism of the promotion and the distribution of certificates.
