Work has commenced on the proposed Abakaliki Cement Factory located in Nkalagu, Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He commended former Governor Sam Ominyi Egwu for his investments in education and literacy, as well as Chief Martin Elechi and David Umahi for their infrastructural interventions across the 13 council areas.
