On the sidelines of the International Conference on Digital Health "Telehealth Connect 2026" held in Tunisia from September 29 to October 1, 2026, three Tunisian institutions specialized in digital health signed seven memoranda of understanding with international partners. These partners hail from France, Switzerland, the United States, Germany, and the United Arab Emirates. The agreements focus on cooperation in digital health, exchange of expertise, evaluation of health solutions, innovation, and continuous medical training.

One of the Tunisian institutions signed four memoranda of understanding with partners from the United States, Switzerland, and France. These agreements aim to support the evaluation of digital health maturity in Tunisia within the Global Digital Health Monitor (GDHM). The goal is to foster innovation, assess health solutions, and develop start-ups. This collaboration seeks to bolster the digital health ecosystem in Tunisia by leveraging international expertise.

Another Tunisian institution signed a memorandum of understanding with the Association of Tunisian Doctors Worldwide (AMTM). This agreement focuses on utilizing the expertise of Tunisian medical professionals abroad in continuous medical training.
