At the Monastir fishing port, the governor reviewed the components of the wholesale fish market rehabilitation project, including renewing the floor according to the required specifications and replacing doors. He called for accelerating the completion of procedures and work, continuing to maintain cleanliness and maintenance, and addressing the situation of impounded boats.
Following the visits to the three ports, the governor held a working session to discuss the recorded deficiencies and necessary interventions to complete the qualification of ports and wholesale markets for fishing products. He urged all parties involved to accelerate the implementation of these interventions, particularly the concerned municipalities, the Agency for Ports and Fishing Equipment, and the Coast Guard.
