The Mobility Lab, a pioneering initiative, will bring together four strategic industrial sectors at the SAPRI 2026, which will take place at the Kram Exhibition Park in Tunis. The event is organized by the Cluster Mecatronic Tunisie (CMT), the Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA), ELENTICA, and the Groupement des Industries Tunisiennes Aéronautiques et Spatiales (GITAS). This convergence of industries aims to promote Tunisia's industrial expertise, enhance intersectoral synergies, and position the country as a competitive player in future mobility.

The Mobility Lab will feature 20 Tunisian companies and offer a collective exhibition space, a B2B meeting and networking area, a conference and demonstration stage, and a guidance and welcome path. The four-day event will be themed around Opening (17th), People & Business (18th), Innovation & Talks (19th), and Results & Future (20th). This platform seeks to connect industries and foster collaboration among the participating companies.

The four associations involved in the Mobility Lab have complementary areas of expertise: the Cluster Mecatronic Tunisie (CMT) focuses on mechatronics, the Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA) represents the automotive industry, ELENTICA covers the electronics sector, and GITAS is dedicated to aeronautics and space. By combining their strengths, these industries can leverage shared technologies, expertise, and industrial requirements to drive local integration, collaborative innovation, and access to new markets.

The SAPRI 2026, organized by Cetime, is expected to attract around 250 exhibitors, 120 international experts, 15,000 professional visitors, and nearly 1,000 B2B meetings. This event marks the 10th edition of the International Salon of Spare Parts, Equipment and Industrial Services, which is returning after a 19-year absence. The participation of the Mobility Lab in SAPRI 2026 is supported by Invest for Jobs, an initiative backed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ Tunisia.

The event is scheduled to take place from November 17 to 20, 2026, at the Parc des expositions du Kram in Tunis. This gathering presents an opportunity for Tunisia to showcase its industrial capabilities and strengthen its position in the regional and global market. The synergy between the Mobility Lab and SAPRI 2026 is expected to create a significant impact on the country's industrial landscape.

The collaboration between the four industrial sectors and the support from Invest for Jobs and GIZ Tunisia underscore the importance of this event for Tunisia's economic development. By promoting industrial integration, innovation, and job creation, the Mobility Lab at SAPRI 2026 aims to contribute to the country's transition towards a more competitive and sustainable economy.
