Tunisia is set to host the fourth edition of the International Energy Transition Salon, SITE 2026, from October 1-3, 2026. The event will take place under the theme "Investment and Innovation for Accelerating Energy Transition." The salon is organized by the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy, in collaboration with the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company and the National Agency for Energy Control.
The fourth edition of SITE 2026 will feature the participation of over 60 Tunisian and foreign companies specializing in the energy and energy transition sectors. Ten start-ups will also be present in a dedicated area for innovative companies to showcase their projects and solutions to investors, experts, professionals, and financial institutions.
The event will bring together delegations from Italy, Germany, Libya, and other countries, enhancing its international dimension and opening up new avenues for cooperation and investment. The salon is expected to attract over 700 guests and participants in various activities, as well as around 2,500 visitors over three days.
The program of the event includes six international conferences with representatives from the administration, public institutions, experts, professionals, and financial institutions. The conferences will address key issues in energy transition, including the strategy for energy transition and major projects in the energy sector, the development of renewable energies, and the generalization of solar energy.
The last day of the salon will be dedicated to an information day organized by several companies and institutions specializing in solutions and technologies for the generalization of solar energy and project financing. The event will also feature B2B meetings between companies, investors, financial institutions, and experts to explore cooperation and partnership opportunities.
The salon aims to confirm its position as a major professional meeting in Tunisia on energy transition and a space that brings together experience, innovation, and investment around the challenges and future of energy.
