Candidates for assistant technical positions must be no more than 35 years old as of January 1, 2026, and hold a training certificate equivalent to a baccalaureate level. All candidates must be willing to work throughout the geographical area covered by the Régim Maatouk Development Office. The competition will consist of two stages: the first stage will involve the evaluation of candidate files, and the second stage will involve an oral examination for shortlisted candidates.
The evaluation of candidate files will be based on a differential scoring system that takes into account the candidates' academic performance. Candidates who pass the first stage will be invited to an oral examination. In the event of a tie, priority will be given to older candidates and those who have been registered with employment offices for more than 10 years.
