Tunisia's Export Promotion Centre is organising Tunisian-Senegalese meetings in the digital field from December 15-19, 2026, in Dakar. The event targets Tunisian institutions and start-ups active in the digital sector, particularly in cybersecurity, digital transformation, e-government, fintech, e-commerce, e-health, and ed-tech. This initiative aims to promote Tunisia's digital offer to Senegalese decision-makers and potential clients.

The mission seeks to facilitate business-to-business meetings with potential partners and clients, as well as identify local partners, such as solution integrators, distributors, and co-development and representation partners. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore Senegal's digital ecosystem by attending the International Salon for Digital Economy Professionals (SIPEN 2026) and conducting institutional visits.

According to the Export Promotion Centre, Senegal represents a strategic market for Tunisian digital institutions, given its ongoing digital transformation under the "Ten-Year Roadmap 2025-2034". This roadmap aims to digitalise public services, enhance digital sovereignty, and develop a start-up ecosystem and skills. Senegal has over 11.5 million internet users, with a penetration rate of around 61%, and 85% 4G network coverage.

The Export Promotion Centre invites interested Tunisian institutions to register for the mission by September 30, 2026. This event is expected to provide a platform for Tunisian digital institutions to expand their presence in the Senegalese market and explore new business opportunities.

The Senegalese market offers significant potential for Tunisian digital institutions, with a growing fintech sector and a rapidly evolving entrepreneurship ecosystem. The Export Promotion Centre views Senegal as a key market for Tunisian digital exports, given its strategic location and growing demand for digital services.

The Tunisian-Senegalese meetings in Dakar will provide a unique opportunity for Tunisian digital institutions to engage with Senegalese decision-makers, businesses, and potential partners.
