This represents a 3.5% increase compared to the 2026 budget. The minister made this revelation during a presentation of the 2027 state budget project to the Finance and Budget Committees of the House of People's Representatives and the National Council of Regions and Districts.

According to Minister Khaldi, 2027 is a crucial year for the implementation of the 2026-2030 development plan. The minister highlighted that the country's revenue collection has shown a positive trend, with a 3.1% increase in state budget revenues until September 2026 compared to the same period in 2025. This translates to approximately 37,069 million dinars.

The minister further detailed that tax revenues accounted for the largest share of total revenues, amounting to 34,946 million dinars. This represents a 4.6% annual increase and a 73% achievement of the estimated targets. On the other hand, non-tax revenues and grants stood at 2,124 million dinars, with a realization rate of 44.4% of the programmed amounts.

Minister Khaldi also discussed the country's public debt service, which totaled 17,906 million dinars until September 2026. This represents a 77% achievement of the estimates. Additionally, Tunisia repaid a loan from the financial market worth approximately 740 million euros.

The minister emphasized that these indicators reflect the development of the country's tax resources and the volume of financial commitments related to public debt service during the first nine months of 2026. She highlighted that the government's priorities include improving resource mobilization, continuing the reform of the tax system, and rationalizing public spending.

On the social front, the minister's priorities include continuing to support low-income groups, providing support for fuel, basic goods, and public transportation, and improving access to basic services. The government also aims to continue reforming the health and social security sectors.
