These include conservative dental treatment (8 positions), oral and maxillofacial surgery (7 positions), orthodontics (6 positions), pediatric dentistry and prevention (6 positions), partial removable prosthodontics (5 positions), fixed prosthodontics (4 positions), periodontology (3 positions), complete dentures (2 positions), physiology (1 position), general anatomy (1 position), dental anatomy (1 position), and oral and maxillofacial radiology (1 position).

In addition to the positions for the Ministry of Health, 10 resident positions in dentistry are also available for the Ministry of National Defense. These positions are distributed across various specialties, including fixed prosthodontics (2 positions), oral and maxillofacial surgery (1 position), periodontology (1 position), orthodontics (1 position), pediatric dentistry and prevention (1 position), conservative dental treatment (1 position), complete dentures (1 position), partial removable prosthodontics (1 position), and oral and maxillofacial radiology (1 position).

The competition is also open to general dental practitioners who are direct employees of the Ministry of Health with at least 5 years of seniority. A total of 10% of the available positions, across various specialties, are reserved for this category. The specialties include oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontology, pediatric dentistry and prevention, and conservative dental treatment.

The registration period for the competition will close on November 4, 2026. Candidates interested in participating in the competition can apply within this timeframe. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research have called on all eligible candidates to participate in this national competition.
