The Council had visited the facility some weeks earlier and provided ample time for management to regularise its documentation, but no action was taken.
The TMPC had granted the facility sufficient time to renew its license, but management failed to take the necessary steps. As a result, the Council took enforcement action, sealing the facility. Mr. Ajiraku stated that the Council would send a letter to the facility directing management to report to its offices and complete the necessary procedures before the facility could be reopened.
