The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Uganda's bus parks, routes, and transport operators, as well as fluent English and Luganda language skills. They should be comfortable using smartphones, mobile money, and Excel/Sheets, and be willing to work in bus parks daily, including early mornings, weekends, and upcountry travel. The candidate must also own a working laptop.

The role involves managing local teams, including recruiting, training, and supervising agents and field staff across multiple parks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting daily and weekly updates on onboarding, sales, activations, and competitor activity. Experience managing field or agent teams is a must, and personal working relationships with CEOs, directors, or owners of bus operators will be an added advantage.
