Three Tunisian companies, accompanied by the Export Promotion Centre, are participating in the 12th edition of the International Construction, Public Works, and Infrastructure Fair (EXPOBETON) in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, from October 7-10, 2026. This marks Tunisia's first participation in the fair, organized in collaboration with the Tunisian embassy in Kinshasa. The goal is to promote Tunisian expertise and explore new business opportunities in the Congolese market.
The participating companies, active in the construction and public works sector, used the fair to meet with officials from participating institutions and economic operators. Additionally, visits to economic institutions in Kinshasa allowed them to understand local market needs, identify partnership opportunities, and develop trade exchanges.
The 12th edition of EXPOBETON, held under the theme "Kinshasa: Driver of Urban Transformation in the Democratic Republic of Congo," brought together 95 exhibitors from the public and private sectors. These included real estate developers, suppliers, and distributors of construction materials.
