In Europe, Africa, and North America, temperatures are expected to be autumnal and cool. Madrid recorded a high of 33°C and a low of 18°C, while Rome recorded a high of 27°C and a low of 16°C. Paris and Addis Ababa recorded highs of 25°C, with lows of 12°C and 13°C, respectively. Athens and London recorded highs of 23°C, with lows of 15°C and 13°C, respectively.
