Tamwilcom, a Moroccan institution, has initiated a new co-financing offer in collaboration with banking institutions to support projects led by three priority categories: women entrepreneurs, Moroccans abroad with investment projects, and companies engaged in green and sustainable investments. This offer was launched during the first leg of Tamwilcom's "Tournée des territoires" (Territorial Tour) in Tangier. The tour aims to bring Tamwilcom closer to its financial partners and businesses across different regions of Morocco.

The "Tournée des territoires" is part of Tamwilcom's strategic plan, Jossour 2030, which focuses on strengthening territorial impact and mobilizing economic actors. Through this initiative, Tamwilcom seeks to enhance direct dialogue with its regional ecosystem, increase awareness of its guarantee and financing mechanisms, and ensure that proposed solutions align with local needs. The new co-financing offer features a preferential rate, allowing eligible beneficiaries to access advantageous financing conditions for their investment projects.

The launch event in Tangier was attended by Said Jabrani, the General Director of Tamwilcom. He emphasized that the tour aims to meet with financial partners, entrepreneurs, and project leaders to understand their needs and present Tamwilcom's tools and products, particularly guarantee mechanisms and new co-financing products. Jabrani highlighted that the launch of this new co-financing offer in Tangier demonstrates Tamwilcom's commitment to bringing its solutions closer to businesses and supporting projects that contribute to Morocco's economic transformation.

Abderrahmane Ouacham, Director of Tamwilcom's network, noted that the tour marks an expansion of Tamwilcom's approach to include businesses alongside financing actors. The initiative aims to promote proximity dialogue around guarantee and financing solutions proposed by Tamwilcom, tailored to the needs of different territories and their entrepreneurial ecosystems. The event also recognized the quality of relationships established over the years with Tamwilcom's partners and their daily commitment to regional and national economic development.

As part of the tour, Tamwilcom will also introduce the "Prix des meilleurs partenaires financiers" (Best Financial Partners Awards) at each stop, acknowledging the contributions of its partners in mobilizing the institution's guarantee mechanisms and supporting businesses in realizing their projects. After Tangier, the "Tournée des Territoires" will continue in 10 other regions of Morocco, with dedicated meetings for banking institutions and businesses.

The new co-financing offer is designed to facilitate financing for projects led by women entrepreneurs, Moroccans abroad with investment projects, and companies engaged in green and sustainable investments. This offer is built on a preferential rate, allowing eligible beneficiaries to access favorable financing conditions for their investment projects. The launch of this offer demonstrates Tamwilcom's commitment to supporting projects that contribute to Morocco's economic transformation and sustainable development.

Tamwilcom's strategic plan, Jossour 2030, aims to strengthen the institution's role as a lever for financing the economy, consolidating partnerships, and being more responsive to the needs of territories and their economic actors. Through the "Tournée des territoires," Tamwilcom is giving concrete expression to its ambitions, meeting with financial partners, entrepreneurs, and project leaders to understand their needs and present its tools and products.
