T Developments, a subsidiary of the Tetra Group, has announced the launch of its first project in Egypt's New Administrative Capital, with an investment of approximately 2 billion EGP. The project is part of an expansion plan that aims to inject 10 billion EGP into the Egyptian market between 2027 and 2030. The new project will be located in the financial district of the New Administrative Capital.
The announcement was made during a press conference where the company revealed its new brand identity and signed three partnership agreements related to the project. These agreements include engineering consultations, architectural designs, financial and marketing consultations, as well as management and operation services. According to the company's chairman, Eng. Sayed Othman, the launch of the new brand came after completing the procedures for allocating the project's land and receiving the necessary documents.
The company has obtained the allocation notification and engineering approvals and has paid around 40% of the land's value. The company relies on its financial solvency to execute its projects. The project was acquired in October 2025. The choice of the New Administrative Capital as the launchpad for the new brand came after studying the market since 2022.
The company plans to rely on a group of consultants and specialized operating companies in various stages of the project, from planning and design to operation. Eng. Othman revealed that the company is planning to execute a new project in the Green Revolution area of Sheikh Zayed City. The company has over 20 years of experience in Kuwait, where it has implemented more than 40 projects.
T Developments has signed three partnership agreements for the new project. The first agreement is with Eng. Mohamed Tolat, chairman of Mohamed Tolat Architects MTA, to undertake engineering consultations and architectural designs. The second agreement is with Bassem El-Sharbini, CEO of Etqan, to provide financial and marketing consultations. The third agreement is with Karim Ghanim, CEO of Namaa EXP, to manage and operate the project.
According to Mohamed Tolat, his company studied the experiences of T Developments, the project location, and the land's previous uses before entering into the partnership. The designs were prepared with consideration for the needs of the end-users, services, entrances, and project components. Tolat's company has executed around 72 projects in the New Administrative Capital.
The company's goal is to develop a portfolio of projects that reach 400,000 square meters, while continuing to expand in the Egyptian market and take advantage of available opportunities in new urban cities and communities. T Developments aims to achieve integration between the project's components, manage facilities and commercial movement, and work to increase occupancy rates.
