Spanish cooperation fund reaches milestone
A Spanish cooperation instrument has made significant progress in providing water and sanitation services to millions of people, mainly in Latin America. The Cooperation Fund for Water and Sanitation (FCAS) has been working since 2008 to make the human rights to water and sanitation a reality, prioritizing fragile countries and vulnerable populations.
