Clashes broke out on October 29, 2026, between residents of several hamlets in Kiniebakoura and Frenkamaya, resulting in six people being injured by gunfire. The incident occurred in the Siguiri district of Guinea. Among the victims was a motorcyclist who was passing through the area when the violence erupted. The injured individuals received medical attention from the district's health services.

According to Dr. Abdoulaye Bachir Condé, a medical support doctor with the surgical team at Siguiri's health district, the medical structures received six people with different projectile wounds. Two of the victims, Souleymane Traoré and Doubani Keita, are from the hamlet of Sonala in Frenkamaya. Traoré sustained gunshot wounds to his right shoulder and thorax, while Keita was injured in his right shoulder and pelvis.

A third victim, Fodé Mamadi Berété, was not from any of the hamlets involved in the clashes. He was riding a motorcycle through the area when he was hit by projectiles. Three other people from Kiniebakoura were also injured: Ibrahima Traoré, who was hit in the right thigh; Batoman Doumbouya, who sustained a thigh injury; and Alamako Traoré, who had a gunshot wound to his left shoulder.

The medical team provided emergency care to all six victims, and they underwent medical imaging tests. According to Dr. Condé, the treatment was carried out, and the imaging tests were completed. "The emergency treatment has been done, and the imaging tests have been carried out. At this point, they are all out of danger," he stated.
