A target-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet recovery targets and deadlines is also required.
The ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience in debt collection, loan recovery, microfinance collections, or a closely related role. A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an added advantage. Knowledge of local languages may also be beneficial for regional assignments.
