They will also provide clear information about loan options, repayment schedules, and terms to ensure customers fully understand their obligations. Additionally, Loans Officers will conduct comprehensive Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks to verify loan eligibility and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
To qualify for the internship, applicants must have a certificate, be fluent in English and Luganda, and be computer literate. They must also be flexible to relocate as required, have strong attention to detail, and a target-driven approach. Applicants should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. The age limit for applicants is below 25 years.
